We're proud to have created the best products on the market, so we’re pretty sure you’re going to love them, too! We offer single serving sizes of many of our products and highly recommend trying those before purchasing a larger bag of a new flavor or formula. Your satisfaction is important to us! Return Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products.
Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 30-days of delivery by contacting us. Unopened product(s) being returned must be mailed or shipped within 7-days of the date the return was authorized by our Customer Experience Department.
Your unopened product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product that confirms your name, address, and order number.
You will not be eligible for a refund if:
- The returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way.
- You have initiated the return after the 30-day period has passed.
- If we have not received your return within 30-days of the return being initiated.
